This wonderful Bride and Groom were never going to let a rainy day in Georgia dampen their spirits, they took it all in their stride. Our relentless scanning of the weather and day before location scouting allowed for an absolutely amazing first look in a spectacular archway on St Simons Island. This was followed by a truly romantic ceremony on a private island in the beautiful marshes of the Goldens Isles.
The rain stopped and the sun finally made an apperance for one of the most awe inspiring sunsets we have had the fortune to witness this year.
Ian and Blair, thank you so much for letting us capture such a special occasion for you.
It's almost that time of the year!!!! The time when many of couples get engaged over the holidays and begin to plan their weddings. We would absolutely love it if you would be so kind to tell your newly engaged friends and family about us. Personal referrals are what drives our business and we sincerely appreciate them. Thank you so much!!!!!
There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful coastal Georgia sunset. We pay close attention to the sunset times so that when the sky offers up the most dramatic light show we can be there to capture some seriously stunning images.
Photo was taken on the boardwalk right next to the St. Simons Lighthouse and Heritage Center in the Village.
The Cloister at Sea Island Georgia is 5 star for a reason. There can be no more perfect location to hold a stunning and elegant southern wedding. Every single detail of this event was wedding perfection.
It's such a stunning location. The historic Jekyll Island Club Hotel is like a location out of a romantic fairytale. Old elegant buildings and beautiful gardens under the spanish moss drapped oak trees. Doesn't get any more dreamy than that. Thought you might enjoy just a few of the images we took on the tower of the Hotel. It's a breathtaking view from the top. I love how the bride's veil was catching the breeze.
We just wrapped up the design of Julia and Zach's album as well and it's headed off to the printers. Thought you might enjoy a peak at the finished product. The first image is the design of the wrap around photo cover with the lettering on the spine. They had selected one of our coffee table albums and we have a huge selection of other styles as well. They are a huge hit with our clients and we love that they will be able to share their wedding photos with generations of family to come.
We are super excited that another one of our weddings has been featured by Occasions Wedding Magazine. Yay!!! This stunning St. Simons Wedding was held marsh side with a stunning view. The reception was held at the uber chic Boardwalk 16 also on St Simons.
We are so very excited for Brie and Justin that their wedding was selected to be featured. In every photo of this handsome couple it is absolutely clear just how much they adore each other.
Head on over to their website to have a sneak at part of the feature.
In an area with so much history and natural beauty just how do couples choose which Island to have their event on? Some don't choose and use both St Simons and Jekyll Islands, simple solution really. From the amazing Avenue of Oaks on St Simons to the raw beauty of Jekyll Island this area really is a dream Wedding location.
Destination Weddings are huge in our area making us some lucky photograhers getting to meet and spend time with some truly wonderful people from all over the country. Brittany and Bill were two of the sweetest, most welcoming people we have met.
Congratulations to you both on an incredible Wedding!!!
