.....Funny, mine is to take more pictures of Sammi. She is growing up so fast and I want to remember all of the little grins and giggles. She is a total ham. So on that note here are her 9 month pictures. She is standing more and more so I wanted to capture her up on her feet. I have been wanting to do her first outdoor shoot and wouldn't you know that it turned cold so this was a super quick 5 minute session. However true to form my little pudding was up for it and made some really funny faces for me. LOVE IT!!!!
Here is a selection of pictures from Don and Meredith's wedding at the historical Faith Chapel on Jekyll and the reception following at the Beachview Club. I had posted their slideshow right after the wedding but was finishing up their album last night and thought I would share some individual pictures. I love the Black and White picture of the tent over at the Beachview Club. The sky was so clear that evening and the stars were so bright.
****Model Call**** I need a charming little lady who can fit into a girls size T4 for a photo shoot. I would love to have someone who follows directions well and has a really outgoing personality. If you are interested please respond to me via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Kristin and Ian's wedding was amazing...and that is coming from me who attends a lot of weddings. The day was about as beautiful as it gets, the decorations were simple but elegant, the location (Lovely Lane Chapel) was the perfect backdrop. I had such a hard time picking out what images to share so I am posting more than usual. When Kristin's father lifted her veil it was such a beautiful moment...I think it is one of my favorite pictures as well as both of them standing in front of the Old City Hall in Brunswick were the reception was held.
It was a beautiful day on St. Simons Island for Dawn and Jeff's wedding at the elegant Ocean Lodge. I had previously posted a slideshow of their day but wanted to share some individual pictures as well.
We are so excited to announce the launch of our new Couture Line of Wedding Photography. We will be working hard in the New Year to be expanding our Couture Line to our portraiture photography. The Couture Line uses a unique creative process to produce dramatic images. We use a variety of custom techniques to create a high-impact fashion based look with our photography. In some instances, unconventional posing and lighting adds the right flair to a shot; in others, alternative post-processing using various rich textures and patterns add to the drama. Your wedding day pictures will truly be a work of art.
These are some sample images from a wedding we did recently at the elegant Reynolds Mansion on Sapelo Island.
I was so delighted to be asked by the Golden Isles Magazine do the photography for the Bridal Issue and Bridal Fair Marketing this year. It was a pleasure to work with them and I can't wait to see the issue when it is release in January. The Fair will be at the Jekyll Convention Center on Sunday January 17th. We will have a booth for Brooke Roberts Photography and Black Tie Boudoir. We would love to see you!!!!
I've never been a big fan of traditional maternity pictures so I was delighted when Jackie and Billy were into my suggestion of adding a modern look to their session. The weather was so not cooperating and we thought it was going to be a wash out but at last the rain broke and a beautiful early evening sky came through....just in time. It was so much fun hanging out with them. I still have some of their wedding pictures on my site (they are some of my favorites). There were lots I wanted to share but the panoramics were the ones I loved the most.
