What a venue....It's official I am in love with the Telfair Museum Academy Building. The grandness of the upstairs gallery is just breath taking and absolutely steeped in a rich southern charm. I adore it!!! Add in the fact that it is right there on the historical Telfair Square and surrounded by grand Savannah Architecture and well it's pretty much perfect. I also think it was seriously cool having the "bird girl" statue set up right behind the cake, how Savannah is that? With that said I am also totally in love with the ultra modern Jepson Center and on the post about Eva and Danny's Ismaili Ceremony you will see why.
It was so much fun using some of our different off camera flash lighting techniques to play around with this grand buildings architecture both inside and out. The lights brought out all the rich textures this stunning venue has.
As the reception was taking place inside the Academy there was a night bicycle ride taking place out in the Telfair Square. Riders had decorated their wheels with glowing lights and we used them as a fun backdrop for one of the last photos of the night.
If you haven't seen the previous posts of Eva and Danny's 2 wedding celebrations have a browse back through the blog. These two know how to plan a visually stunning event.
