We photograph weddings of all sizes and often not just on the weekend. Any day is a good day to celebrate love and you don't have to have a big group of people or a huge reception to make it special. Love comes in all forms so why shouldn't weddings?
Paul and I joined Jess and Jay at the Jekyll Island Club for some photos before their wedding ceremony on Jekyll's Driftwood Beach. Both are stunning locations and the day was filled with lovely sunshine. They were incredibly good fun and the entire time we were with them we all giggled and laughed. So wonderful witnessing such amazing people get married.
Carla Pryor of St. Simons Elopement's was their wedding officiant and to be honest she is just one of our favorite people in the whole world. Such and incredibly sweet and positive person to be around.
After the wedding they and their guests headed over to Latitudes 31 at the Jekyll Wharf for their dinner. It is a very special location and the seafood is drool worthy. (Not going to admit how often we head out there for their crab legs and the stunning sunsets).
